Smoked Salmon and Samphire Pastasalad

Smoked Salmon and Samphire Pastasalad

Can’t get enough of pastasalad, during summer or even in winter. I know, one shouldn’t eat too much pasta, but that’s exactly what I do, I don’t add a lot of pasta to my pastasalads and with that, I always use the whole wheat version. This, for me, makes it a win-win situation; less unhealthy and very little pasta, with healthy and fress ingredients. Just perfect!

To lift up the mild taste of the sea I used smoked salmon and some fresh samphire which I bought at the fishbuyer. For the boost I made a dressing in which I put some wasabi (for those who never worked with wasabi, be careful, it’s hot hot hot).
