Fancy a quick-made salad? The combination of spinach with tomatoes is fabulous and, of course, very healthy because it’s full of vitamins and minerals. The nice thing about this salad is that you can serve it with both cold and warm dishes. Add anything you like, but keep it healthy I would say.
Recipe Simple Spinach/Tomato Salad
2 pounds of roman tomatoes
1 pound fresh spinach
a pinch of salt to taste
Cut tomatoes in quarters (if you keep your tomatoes in the fridge, take them out well in advance before you start consuming. This way the taste will be at its best).
Mix them together with the spinach into a nice salad bowl.
TIP!! Add fresh cut red onion, grounded garlic flakes, a dash of red wine vinegar and extra vergine olive oil...
