Quick Buns

Quick Buns

Delicious fresh buns, always a winner!! Of course you can get them at dawn with the baker’s shop (nothing wrong with that), but I prefer to make them myself, much more tastier.

Whenever you have time (or feel like) making these buns, you can make as much as you want, for the entire week or even for the entire month. Just bake them and put the ones you don’t eat into the freezer. Whenever you want fresh buns again, take them out of the freezer and warm them up a little bit in your oven. The time you spend making these buns is almost zero (the only thing that takes time is the rising), hence the term ‘quick’ is appropriate I guess.

Ideal for an early Sunday morning breakfast, as a dish with a tasty veggie burger or just as a side dish with a nice fresh salad; whatever you like.
