This really is an item that contains many nutrients and is loaded with energy. An easy, fresh, honest and delicious recipe for anyone who loves chocolate butter with almonds.
I prepared this butter with dark chocolate, grinded almonds, very little butter and peanut oil, nothing else! Nicely smooth and creamy, rich in protein and full of essential vitamins and minerals through the use of almonds.
Great on toast or sandwiches, a delicious dessert topping, a fabulous ingredient for pastry or bread and even a tasty indulgence straight off the spoon. No added sugar, so a little extra is completely legitimate!!
Recipe Chocolate Almond Butter
100 gr roasted almonds
75 gr dark chocolate
3 tbsp (45 ml) peanut oil
1 tsp (10 gr) butter
Melt the chocolate au bain marie .
Grind the almonds in a food processor until it becomes a paste (this can take up to 10 minutes).
Put the almond paste in a bowl and add the melted chocolate, peanut oil and butter and mix together well.
NOTE!! Don't keep the butter in the fridge but in a dark place at room temparature, this way its remains nicely smooth and creamy.
TIP!! In case you want a sweeter version, just add 1 teaspoon of honey
